Because those people didn't think there was a real shot to land him and they didn't want to be let down....once it looked like there was a real shot most jumped on board. That is what people do... I guarantee most fans will be in love with #4 if he comes in and starts winning games.

I’ll say I won’t be shocked if the Panthers do or don’t get Watson. I also won’t be feeling much either way because I’m not convinced Watson will make that much difference with this coaching staff. Maybe one or 2 more wins which still ain’t enough.

Let's just say both the Saints and Panthers have $hitty head coaches, because they do.. Now it comes down to who has better leadership above the HC.....well we know that answer and it's not the Kitty Kats.

Not that I really want Watson for the price tag, but if he chooses that $hithole over the Panthers I would say that is as low as this franchise has ever been and there will be no doubt Tepper is the prize winner of the worst owner in the NFL..... Not that he already is not, but that would pretty much solidify it.
