As bad as pass d looked for most of the game, for most of the 4th qtr they were fantastic.  

One thing to keep in mind regarding the play of Bryce. 

Bryce ended the season playing well.  Took KC, Philly, and Tampa to the wire when they all had a lot to play for, and had a big game against Atlanta when they still had a shot at a playoff spot.  

But there has been a wholesale change in receivers.  Coker and Sanders are both injured, Thielen is gone, and the only returning receivers from last year have been XL, Moore and Tremble.  Moore and Tremble are role players, and XL was also injured and hasn't played well when he has been in.  Even veteran qb's are going to need to get in sync with a new group of receivers.

They are not great, but their run d is a little better than the Cowboys and significantly better than the Dolphins.  Pass defense isn't very good.  

But their biggest problem is they get no help from the offense and the other team usually has good field position because they don't do much on offense and get sacked a lot.

Brown has been great, but Moerhig has been great in run defense, and the young guys are getting better.  

He has been great the last two weeks, but keep in mind that Miami is really bad at run defense and Dallas is beat up.  Not in any way shape or form denigrating Rico's play today.

But Dowdle and Hubbard should continue to rotate, as this is better for both them and the team.  And Hubbard will and should start when he returns.  

Both teams are beat up.  Injuries will be no excuse for either side.  

FSU went from national championship contender to will they win a game in the ACC quickly.

Only two qb's this year got to 300 yards against the Cowgals.  And one of those was in OT.  

Williams and Fields cam close, but most of Fields yards came in garbage time.  

And we could have had Patrick Mahomes.

I thought Dart played well last night.  But he was horrible against the Saints.

Sports can be so unpredictable at times.  

Against the Saints, the Giants offense looked horrible.  Dart looked inept.  One week later, and they are pounding the defending champs.  

Dumb timeout by the Giants, but it didn't hurt them.

I like it, great place to raise a family.  And you don't have to deal with the nightmarish traffic as you would in Charlotte or Raleigh.  

But to each his own.  

Btw, is there really such a thing as a crossfit community?

With the exception of the Superbowl, I don't remember Ealy ever showing much.

That being said, still some time for KC.  

Definitely looked like a PI there.  

Very bad time for a delay of game.  Basically wasted a down getting the yardage back.  And used their final timeout.

It should have been PI.  Chiefs took out the Jaguar receiver that should have been at the spot where the ball was thrown.

Maybe, but the Chiefs really look bad.  Don't think I have ever seen Mahomes do anything like that.  Maybe he has but I don't remember it.

Wow, that was just a horrible throw by Mahomes.  95 yard plus pick 6.

Dallas is just as beat up on the offensive line as we are, maybe more.  And CD Lamb will not be playing. But Prescott is a good qb, and they have a far more balanced attack than either Atlanta or Miami.

To win, we have to slow down their run game, block well, and not turn the ball over. Do those three things, and we have a decent shot.  

Well, Hunter finally did something.  Probably his best play of the year.
