  1. Running a wr screen after a play action just gave the defender more time to close before he caught the ball.
  2. Dline looks like complete poo, I really hope an ass chewing is awaiting them.
  3. What does any of that have to do with what I said? Just because you throw a touchdown pass you can't be considered inconsistent and moved poorly in the pocket? Strange our receivers don't get the same treatment for drops when they catch a touchdown, people will still harp on the drops.
  4. Cam was very inconsistent. He had a few very well thrown balls, but more than his share of badly thrown ones as well. He did not move in the pocket well at all as he had room to step up several times on those throws he was hit on.
  5. Cam did get knocked around in the game last year, but his injury occurred on a play where he had all day to throw and chose to run with an open field in front of him. He simply got down late and essentially rolled into the defender that hit him.
  6. This is what I was wondering. He's nothing like Bersin or Boykin and more in the form of Brown and Ginn. Seems he'd be more likely to replace one of them rather than a large bodied possession receiver like Bersin or Boykin.
  7. I don't hate the guy, he's the most physically gifted NBA player ever and one of the best passers I've ever seen. I don't find his game very attractive, he steamrolls people and then complains when someone actually puts up some resistance.
  8. If they actually called offensive fouls like they're supposed to, you know lowering a shoulder into a guys chest, forearm pushoffs, Lebron would foul out every game.
  9. 22 more free throws taken and still down 12 and for the "jump shooting team" crowd, points in the paint is 36 GS to 38 CLE.
  10. You keep exaggerating his single tip and single drop on the season. Again, he had a single drop, and a single tip that was intercepted. It's not that hard to accurately state the number that has been repeated numerous times in this thread alone. According to PFF Bersin averaged more YAC/catch than Brown and Benjamin and had the highest catch percentage on the team for wide receivers. I'm not even a huge fan of Bersin, but if your only points other than your personal opinion are just exaggerations and lies then maybe you should just stop.
  11. I think better hands are very difficult to teach. Some people are blessed with great hand eye coordination and body control, others not so much.
  12. When you always have the ball I would hope you'd accrue some volume stats. He has a historic usage rate in the finals so of course he's involved in most of their points and when you shoot 35 times a game I'd hope you average 40 points.
  13. How the hell do you blame someone that isn't even the target of a pass for an interception? Maybe blame the quarterback that telegraphed the throw and was late with the ball. That pass against the Saints was late which caused Bersin to start moving again from where he had originally settled in the zone and was thrown to where he had been and not where he was.
  14. One time on a not very good throw over the middle that I can recall. When were "all those times"?
  15. We took Silatolu in the 2nd round in 2012, the year Wilson was drafted.
  16. Had anyone pointed out the fact that we could have easily had JJ, Luke, and Wilson since he was a third round pick? So use your 2nd rounder on Wilson, meaning we'd no longer have Silatolu. Which I know would break many hearts around here.
  17. I don't understand how the NBA can justify a 22-3 free throw advantage, when the points in the paint are basically even. I can't watch games when officiating is so one sided.
  18. Houston with an epic comeback while Harden rides the pine the entire 4th quarter. How often does a team blow the doors off a playoff game with their "best" player on the bench?
  19. Why do so many people act like it's just automatic if you want to trade back? It takes two teams for a trade to happen.
  20. Pff has him at 22nd of 25 qualifying quarterbacks at 31.5% completion accounting for drops. Before folks bring up no deep threat know that he was at 31.3% in 2013 with Ginn here.
  21. In the games they won they scored 18, 38, 17, 16, 35, 13. He completed 10 or fewer passes 6 times in 11 games. He only broke 200 yards passing 2 times. Credit Fox and company for managing to put a gameplan in place to work around someone as bad as him. Giving him credit is like giving Weinke credit for the win against Atlanta in 2006 when we ran the ball 52 times.
  22. It's getting a little old how most of our fan base seems to ignore the fact that we have a top 5 tight end as our best offensive player. I'd be pretty tired of hearing Cam had no weapons if I was Olsen.
