I rarely eat Burgers anymore, but several people have told me that Culvers has the best Burger around now.
i like culvers alright.
something about cookout, though. doesn't seem like they are trying to be anything different than someone who just makes good burgers, throws stuff on them, and smashes it all together. nothing there is pretty, but it's damn tasty food.

it hurts my brain to look at it.
i'm serious. gave me a headache. something weird about it.

And half the HCs in the NFL lost last weekend.
Only only 50% won.
I think fake news.

Seems like a lot of wasted energy.

better than reich and rhule.
reich had no personality and just looked old and beaten up right out of the gate.
rhule was oblivious to everything.
canales might sound positive, but the guy did something i haven't heard any coach do unless they were forced to and that is own a loss, saying that it was on the coaches. every other coach, even the ones we consider the "good ones" either blew it off or threw someone under the bus.
and i don't want a coach freaking out over one loss, even one that bad.

when things don't go well, i talk to those under me and those over me.
nothing more than that.

i come into every season with optimism. a realistic optimism where all i want to see is something better than the year before. considering how low the bar is at the end of every season for the past 7 years, i don't think that's too much to ask.
except, apparently it is because we haven't gotten better from year to year. and rather than continuing to watch and just get upset or frustrated i just quit watching and decide to do stuff with my family....or just take a nap.
seems like every year the amount of time i give it before i quit watching just gets shorter and shorter.
i just want to see something good happen something positive that makes it look like we are trending upward. i don't want a fluke (like that packers game last year or that one bills drive in preseason this year).
i want to see continual progress.
i don't even care about having back to back winning seasons. i just want to have more than 5 wins. i just don't want to earn the first pick in the draft. i just don't want to be in contention for the worst team in the league.
i hate that this bar seems to be too hard to get over. i'm rooting for them. i don't want them to fail. i'm just done investing much energy in a team that just can't seem to get it together.

Damn, your optimism in the preseason got dashed on the rocks of week 1. I hear you though, been down on Young since last preseason/season and down on our talent level when we allowed Fitterer full control after firing Rhule. I couldn’t stand Fitterer and never got why he should get a chance. Lots of people (some huge posters) were so blinded by Rhule like Tepper that they didn’t see the poo results from Fitterer and here we are. Being a fan of a team that you know is the worst in the league sucks balls, especially when you trade away so much including pick #1 in 2024 and pick #33 in 2025. Hard to have a 2-3 year turn around when you don’t have all the picks. We are talking a good decade of 2-5 wins with two 7 win seasons. 2018-2027. We already know 2024 is in the shitter and most likely 2025. Will we get 8-9 wins in 2026/2027?
i wanted to see improvement.
i saw nothing positive at all. there was nothing there. nothing to look at and go "hey, you know...it's starting to click" had i seen even a glimmer of it i would feel better, but it seems like he's playing to his size and it's all in his head.

Big double tray with chili, onions, and mustard with 2 chicken quesadillas and a sweet tea, please.
finish off with a peanut butter fudge or oreo mint milkshake (or eggnog milkshake in december).

i'm just going to close this one down. not really something to make light of.
comparing a loss or even a failed franchise to what happened on 9/11 is pretty bad.

that's a bit much.
pretty crappy, to be honest.

I will always be a Panther fan but with Tepper here we won’t be good…ever. I am pulling for an AFC in the meantime cuz I like the NFL
I've been getting tired of the whole thing for a while. I play one ffb league at work only because I like beating on bosses when I can... except I don't really pay attention to much anymore so usually I get beat up.
Aside from that, panthers is the only NFL I end up watching until maybe playoff time and even then I care less and less every year and I can always find better things to do, usually with my family.
I'm tired of being a fan of a losing team. It's just not fun anymore. There's a lot better ways I can spend my time that is more fun.

I don't care about what could have been. Does me no good to ponder that poo. Doesn't matter.
I don't really care about the past, either.
if I dwell on it because I'm unhappy with the present, I need to change some things to get out of that rut.

I think I've moved past caring or being excited about the future.
If we can't figure out how to win this year, I'm probably done.
I honestly just can't take much more. Not sure it's worth it.

Yeah, we're going to get run over.
We won't have an answer for anything.

isn't it enough to know that our team sucks without trying to guess if the whole world thinks it, too?
seriously, why put yourself through this? does it make it feel better to think that everyone on the planet knows that your favorite team sucks?
sorry....i just don't get comments and discussions like this.
but then i don't care what others think about me so that might be the difference.

We are a joke!
We might be, but you have a tendency to care too much about what others think. The opinion of others doesn't matter...ever.
We don't need anyone telling us how bad we suck when we suck because we already know. that's the only thing we need to be concerned with, not how we are perceived outside of here. that kind of poo just doesn't matter. not here or anywhere.
