First of all, a tie is NOT A LOSS Secondly, can we just quit with the riverboat $hit. He is dead. This organization and Mr Richardson hire the same type of conservative failures every time . Tired of it. Nothing will change as long as he owns the team. It will always be a conservative DC hired as our coach. Poor Cam is so held back by our coaching ineptness. Imagine him with a real offensively minded genius. Look what he does with this poo.

U mean like the 49er's coach? Either him or his brother, or the Seattle coach?

I think what makes Russell so fun to watch is, not so much that he is  so doesn't make a lot of mistakes but u can tell his coach has allowed him to grow through his learning curves and he is now at a place where he has the confidence to run the team and his coach allows him too.

When u watch Cam play, u can tell when the coaches are restraining him vs. when they are letting run the team. The many wins this team was getting last season, despite the Offense deficiencies was proof of that.  Cam was mostly carrying the offense.

When u have a QB who is so exceptionally talented and doesn't easily back down, u ride him.

Especially when u don't have that level of confidence.

That's because it's not a Loss, it doesn't go in the L column, its a fuging tie.

The chance of it being better than a loss is much smaller than the chance of it being equivalent to a loss.

When we are 8-7-1 and the Saints are 9-7 you'll know.

Just the same the Packers made it in the playoffs at 8-7-1 over the 8-8 Bears last season.

The players made their fair share of mistakes to go along with the coaches.

We're not talking about mistakes. Mistakes is par for the course when in all sports. I am talking about ceasing the opportunity to WIN. Every team makes their fair share of mistakes. But it's the coach who makes the necessary adjustments who, 9 out of 10, help their team win.

This team has shown time and time again, that it is awful at making the necessary adjustments needed to not compound those mistakes. Even when the team isn't making obvious mistakes, the coaches inability to simply adjust when the team needs to is lacking. That was so blatantly obvious in the Ravens and Steerlers' games.

If you seriously believe football is all about not making mistakes, u cannot a serious sports fan.
