Century Link will be quiet when are beloved Panthers are on D.

LOL try to go grammar police when you yourself are confused. Nice.

Let me make it easy on you:

The Panther fans are cheering.

Our Panther fans are cheering.

Nice snarky try though?

Well ....what the hell are you talking about yourself?

He was referring to the above sentence from the op.

My guess is because most people in the south pronounce them the same.

    • According to the Committee Chairman, losing a conference championship has zero effect on rankings. If you’re Alabama. But not if you’re JMU or Tulane of course. CFP Rules:  “Things don’t matter except when they do.  Also, see Appendix A) Notre Dame rules.”
    • How do the Panthers win Sunday? Playing disciplined D.  Shough can run.  He can also find open guys.  So our team is going to have to play really well and disciplined.  We're also going to have to hit him and move him around. We're going to have to run the ball.  That goes without saying.  It's our identity.  If the zone looks aren't working, then we need to go down hill battering ram to finish this game. We can't turn the ball over.  As we've seen, when we give up the ball early and often, we loose.   Finally - which Bryce do we get?  Do we get the guy who is ready to kick butt?  Or the guy scared of his shadow.   What's the vibe going to be?  Does he give up the football?  Or does he make some great throws with it? As Canales has stated, you don't get much better than "Guys, if we keep winning, we win the division and host a playoff game."  The guys have to know, and they are going to have to play their best football.  So this game is a test.  How ready are they?  Are they good enough to take care of business?  Or will the whole thing fall apart again? I'm not sure how I feel personally.  I want my team to do well.  You never know with a "dead" team like the Saints who would be more than happy to play spoiler to our ambitions of winning a Division Title.  I'd love for us to win, but I also wouldn't be surprised if we blow it and get blown out.
