Seriously though, that tweet about killed me. I was casually scrolling through my twitter feed just minutes after waking up when I read that. Tossed my phone to the bed and about tripped myself running to my desktop.

 

 

I misread the thread title as "Cam signs 6-year..."

 

Imagine my feels after I realized it said "rejects"...

 

Only to find out it's fake

Jackob I'm sure you mean well, but.....

You're saying if you lived in the middle of nowhere and found a loaded gun you wouldn't fire it once?

Let me see if I understand all this:

 

- So fake Rapaport  tweet of Cam rejecting contract was made (or just posted) by Dexterity and posted on Huddle 

 

- Igo tweets out what has been posted here so now it is out beyond the Huddle

 

- Rapaport catches wind of fake tweet and says he has no idea WTF it was but wasn't him. 

 

- Now it is a he said / she said thing when in reality no one said really anything because the whole thing was fake and started here?

 

 

Is that remotely close?

There's a difference in a screenshot and an actual tweet/retweet. That won't show up in a newsfeed without someone else's handle attached. I didn't see it myself, but people are talking about it showing up in their feed...

I think he got bad info and is now backtracking. Sounds like it came from his account so it's either that or he was "hacked."

      I don't recall anyone seeing this coming.  I mean, two seperate things for me.  I thought BB just might not work in college football because he is old grumpy man and college is about appealing to young kids.   So yeah, that could of gone great or horrible.  Coin flip.  This isn't that convo for me.  what we are witnessing right now play out.....this was never part of the disaster possibility/path discussed lol.  Really weird stuff.  Or maybe I missed the part where UNC hires a 20 year old "girlfriend" that apparently runs the Bill operation and before the season even starts is taking over more than just Bill but influence of the entire UNC operation.  That was her getting that official statement made today.  It was her sabotaging the Hard Knocks UNC show because she somehow wasn't the star.  Seems like elder abuse lol.  Only largely kidding.  You even got Charles Barkley saying he normally doesn't talk about personal lives of his friends but he might have to check in on Bill because this ain't normal stuff lol.  Anyway, it's entertaining.  Everything is a cartoon it seems these days.
