I had a friend unfriend me on FB because we argued about Cam's leadership and he couldn't grasp the idea that there are many different styles. What's funny is that he's a captain at a local municipal fire department. 

People point to Brady and Manning, who are generally stoic and frankly, boring as the examples of leadership, but Favre was a great leader and was very similar to Cam. There'sno rule saying you can't lead AND enjoy yourself.

This really exposes a lot of stereotypes and makes you look inward.

Indeed, that part was TRULY outstanding.
