Would you draft Shaquem Griffin?

What he's overcome to play at the college level is inspiring, but the challenges and the stakes are infinitely higher at the pro level.

Linebacker isn't necessarily an immediate need for us, but with Thomas Davis set to retire and Shaq Thompson a free agent after this year unless the fifth year option is invoked, it might be worth looking at. Even if Thompson's fifth yer is activated, you still need more linebackers than just Luke and Shaq.

Would you take him or not? Why or why not?

And point blank, does the hand thing make a difference?

He is a winner in life

talk about ‘keep pounding ‘ he is it

In the highlights I've seen of his tackling, he tends to perform "form" tackles. So the arm tackling worry should be put to bed. He played and had success at high level talent in college ball. I wouldn't mind giving him a shot in the later rounds, if he falls that far. We do have more pressing needs than LB at the moment though. So if the opportunity is there, cool but if a better player in a position of need is there, we can't overlook them.

yall should read his player's tribune piece

I will be rooting for this guy whatever team he ends up on

I'd absolutely root for the guy.

That said, whether or not he can succeed in the NFL, where plenty of guys who have both hands fail, is another story.

My opinion?  Honestly don't know.

oh yeah, fug i totally forgot about that trade. Still no idea why we would trade a 4th for a punter. Could've just acquired robert quinn for that

Absolutely hated the trade at the time. A 4th round pick for a 33 year old punter just didn't make any sense at all.

Duped by the browns.  That's pretty bad.  I liked getts but he definitely tended to make rash panic moves
