Are you serious? You had tonights game in the bag. You just lost your chance to go to another Superbowl. Nobody should be on this board talking anything after tonights crushing loss.

Let's see, when we beat you we'll be the number two seed. If by some miracle you beat us, we're still in the playoffs. Either way, your piece of poo franchise will be watching the playoffs on TV.

With Drew Brees 1-17 in games he and Payton trail in the 4th quarter, we already know they have no pride.

Check your facts before making bogus statements. Saints have won many times when trailing in the 4th quarter.

You might want to also look at the stat where they are 24-3 when leading in the 4th quarter when Brees is QB.

I want to beat the Saints but I don't want us to beat up our starters either. The less I see Williams and Stewart on the field next week the better. If we need to keep the starters out there to win then so be it...otherwise I wouldn't mind seeing some of our bench sitters out there.

I think he only way you bench your starters is if the Saints have a huge lead. I am telling you the Saints are our for revenge big time.

I don't really disagree...it just depends on when, how much and how well we have control of the game.

I really don't expect to see ALL of our starters out there for the entire game.

The Panthers should've been pissed in Giants stadium. We gave away home field advantage---and I DON"T blame the players. Terrible playcalling in key situations. The coaches need to step it up.
Seriously? Yeah, the fact we had a practice squad player playing in the defensive line rotation showed nothing. The failure to execute well showed it was all the coaches fault. I will say Davidson's play calling was pretty lame most of the second half.

But seriously, the defense was missing a big cog in the middle, and they were failing to execute well.

    • You joke, but hasn't basically the whole team been in Charlotte this past week together? I'm not one to see the random dumb stuff players put out on social media in the offseason and think it means that's ALL they've been doing and not working on their game.  But it's a little strange that all this is coming out at the same time we're seeing tons of stuff with the team in Charlotte together, even if it's just working out and not even official team OTA's or anything. So he gets a pass from me saying anything now, but if he doesn't show clear improvement this season, it then opens him up to some retroactive criticism for some things.
    • Ha-ha, I bet that went through everyone's mind.  Admittedly I don't read all the comments in a thread before I make a post. Great minds think alike!
    • Cam was hitting his stride as a QB in 2017/2018.     This is why I think stats like completion percentage are overrated. As long as a QB is clutch and makes the throws to win the game the rest doesn’t really matter. What good is a check down stat padder if they’re a choker.  Until Norv Turner (and briefly Chud) got here we put Cam in high pressure throwing situations all the time. We also ran the ball on first down more than most teams in the NFL in the Ron era. Coupled with shitty WRs, all that is expressed in his stats. I also assume Cam took the ball in his hands on many occasions rather than trust Funchess to catch the ball.    It was also never Cams job to play the game like someone else. His presence on the field dictated the game in a way that is rarely seen.  He showed he could play the dink and dunk game just before TJ Watt. That didn’t suddenly make him better than his earlier seasons. He just got put in a legit under center  passing game again for first time since his rookie year with Chud.    Ron took the quickest path to success and abused the RPO because his ass was about to get fired.    Cam never got the credit for being the cerebral player that he was. I just think when you are legitimately a human Superman, sometimes the best play is having the ball in your hands. He was a better passer than Delhomme was.
