But how are wages?

Median household income in $78.5k. My wife and I make (well, made) well over that and paid well under the current median value years ago. I have no idea how a lot of people are making this work. If I had to guess, a lot of my neighbors are absolutely awash in debt. Lots of single income households up here with three quarter million dollar homes, two $60K+ vehicles in the driveway, and two kids in private school.

you can't really talk about corona without politics since it's been such a massive and historic failure from the executive level.

the books on this will be incredible.

It’s fail by the world, not US.  US actually in much better shape than the rest of the world.

We ran models at work to see how this pandemic relates to other financial fallouts and actually  coronavirus pandemic is closely relates to war model than financial crisis.  The good news here is post war models show quick economic boom with very short but powerful recession.

Democrats are constantly complaining and need someone to blame. You are describing yourself. Better look in the mirror.

In your response you blame someone else.  You are well trained.  About the mirror---I DID.  I was a Republican my entire adult life--in that reflection, I said, "Can I support a con man?  A corrupt failure of a human? Can I force myself to believe the lies?"

I would be happy to send you that mirror with directions.  Then again, how would a mirror serve a blind person?

That's the biggest thing we have to move past as Americans in politics IMO. Stop the doubling down because you supported someone or voted for someone. Once they're in office, it's time to hold them accountable, period. Whether you voted for them or not. I see way too many people who would rather play the "whataboutism" game than hold their chosen politicians responsible for anything.

I agree that the Democratic option was terrible. How in the hell did trump even get the Republican nomination? It’s the same as how the hell did Clinton get the Democratic nomination? Terrible choices that political appointees are selecting and the American public is none the wiser.

thats a false equivalency. Trump has been a bad person, a bad business man his whole life. You may not like Clinton, and she has her faults. But not like Trump. Trump goes out of his way to be a dick, lies about everything, and just a bad leader.

Look at my voting history, i was a registered independent voter who voted obama. Since then i see things different. Im a registered republican. Look at my posts, ive said Trump hasn't been great. The fact that you blame him more than China shows me some people just can't look past someone they hate to see the truth. The world is blaming china. Democrats blame Trump.

There is some blame for Trump but he is for sure not most responsible.

Tell me. What have the Republicans done?

    • One thing this got me thinking, is if Canales got some of the best seasons out of Baker/Geno/etc, how long before Tepper asks him his true assessment of Bryce? Obviously it has to be sometime during or after camp once pads are on
    • Here is the bottom line---if you assume that the offense was bad because Young was bad, then that position is understandable.  If you assume Young was bad because the offense was bad, that is understandable.   Personally, I think Bryce will improve a lot in 2024.   There just aren't too many rookie (or veteran) QBs who would have done well under these circumstances....full stop.  I have NEVER heard so many different experts (game announces throughout the season) analysis experts, talk so much about a team's receivers not getting separation.  Experts know how important this is because the qb has about a second to get the ball in that window--we did not have any windows.  Furthermore, we had 7 different LGs and 8 different RGs.  62 sacks, most up the middle.  So he had people in his face with no open receivers.  And people are saying, Bryce sucks!!  My question is this:  What is he supposed to do?  Make sure his plant foot is secure and he is holding the ball to his ear?
    • I mean we can't really discuss WR's or Centers or whatever without mentioning the QB situation. Not sure what the optimists are grasping at. He was incognito all offseason except for a couple celebrity camp/youth camp appearances. Thielen was in the weight room every time they put out any footage inside the building. I think being the number 1 pick and QB1 comes with more weight than just showing up a day before voluntary workouts, no pun intended. If Cam had done the bare minimum imagine how much he would have been killed on here
