Wow didn't even notice that as I didn't read past the Panthers relevant portion. Rotoworld is usually very good and reliable, spelling mistake like that aside...

I don't think they are going to lure away any top tier GMs away from their jobs and more likely find a more junior level executive.

Ireland’s tenure in Miami was just awful. He had some terrible drafts, and made even worse FA moves.  There is a reason he hasn’t been plucked from the Saints by GM needy teams.  He’s a far better #2 than he is a #1.

Added a profile of Ed Dodds. After reading about him and some of his quotes, I feel like slacker

I'd say this though: If you can read about Dodds and not love the idea of him being part of the Panthers, I'll be surprised.
