Peters or Schoen. Not sure if Dodds’ aggressive personality is what you want in a GM. Add to that “multiple dick’s” and “beautiful” are ready made nicknames for when whichever one passes on the huddles favorite 7th roinder.

I haven’t really looked at any of the candidates with enough scrutiny to have an opinion, so I’ll just say, the one with the best eye for scouting a QB.

I'm intrigued by the Browns' analytical guy. I just don't know enough about these guys to really have a favorite, but the Browns guy seems like he'd bring a completely different type of persective to the room than the coaches and scouts and honestly that's kind of what I'm looking for. If you just have an echo chamber in there then what's the point?

I don't have an opinion really. I'd prefer a younger guy I suppose but I won't pretend that reading their wikipedia pages put's me in a position to have a useful opinion.

Thought about that, but he seems to work pretty well with Frank Reich.

Peters is #1 on my list...resume is stocked at such a young age, with a lot of Super Bowl experience. 
 

Dodds is my #2....he would certainly make things happen the way they should. 
 

Was wondering why we didn’t hear anything about a hiring, but then saw that Dodds couldn’t be hired until their season was over. So, wonder if that had anything to do with it. But, there again...I believe Rhule is closest with Peters. We will see.

Forget scouting Allen, I'd rather have the guy who DEVELOPED Allen. I've never seen a QB come so far so fast as a passer.
