Thoughts from current PSL Owners. How soon till a new stadium is built and what happens to the PSL?

2025. Might get a discount on the new stadiums policy or season tickets. But besides that  nothing.

PSL values have dropped so much in recent years, happy I sold mine some years back.

I’d say it’s 3 to 4 years away 

I just renewed mine for  four years based in that and hopes of drafting a new QB

they expired this year so I had to renew or release.   I realized I missed being in the Bank with my friends On Sundays

Same here. I sold mine at the end of the 2017 season and actually made just a little more than I paid for them a few years earlier.

Honestly, I would expect that current PSL owners will probably just get first dibs on buying opportunity in the new stadium and that's it.

Tepper's comments and support of developing Graham Street leads me to believe he's ok with the current location or will build very close by.   As for PSLs, I looked at them as price hedges over the years.  Saved me from paying inflated per game prices during popular games.  That price differential has more than paid for itself, so whatever happens in the future, I'm ok with it.

Having sold mine after 17 years of ownership, I think the first 10-15 years was okay and the last several years when we decided to sell were just becoming a pain in the ass. The 2010 season is the one that really sealed the deal to sell.

But one need only look to the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants and how they screwed generational season ticket holders when they built new stadiums. If you don't think the PSL owners will bear the brunt of paying for a new stadium via PSLs and ticket prices, you're simply naive, at best.

The "need" isn't necessarily the reason.

The Panthers and Jags are the 2 newest teams in the NFL and play in the 7th and 8th oldest stadiums in the league.

I'm not buying my season tickets this year.

Who knows when one will be built and I will not be in line to 'renew' for the new stadium for my PSLs when it does happen.
