Former Panthers great Dan Morgan vouches for mentor and friend Scott Fitterer

It won't be surprising to see them do some restructuring of the front office.

Maybe not immediately but that kind of thing happens after the draft a lot. That's why some teams set front office contracts to expire around that time.

Probably won't be this offseason, but Morgan as an Assistant GM would make the fan base go apesh-t.

I never went. Pizza is pretty hard to screw up. I think a lot of times with pro athletes - they retire and don’t really know what they want to do and think investing in a bar/restaurant is a good idea and that they can become food mogul over night and that’s not the case. Most places fail like Dan found out. He is a football guy and glad he is doing well now.

Never hire someone you can't fire.

Heck yeah, it was.

We also know Morgan is aware of the existence of The Huddle.

(kinda doubt he comes here for advice though)

Actually pretty sad that this place was more concerned about eating it's own rather than interacting with one of our great players.

Pretty much says a lot about the Huddle and also just "internet" society.

I met Dan when he came to the old Huddle tailgate and brought us Pizzas. Nice guy great player.  Would love to have him back in Charlotte.  Sounds like we have some hope that could happen one day with Fritts here.

I might do a deeper dive into it sometime later, but I've seen that Fitterer has some interesting connections in his history.

I was waiting for this story. Hopefully Dan will be here someday.

Remember when Dan use to post here on this forum, and had a restaurant but awful people on here ran him out of town?

I hope he comes back to Charlotte and just thinks back to those days of internet tough guys
