New assistant OL coach

Dang is that coach that posted doing rails before practice, still looking for work? Sad part was he was a great OL coach and panthers need ALLLLL the OL help possible.  At he could fill the void left by Herniay!

I see NY as being a favorable landing spot for Watson (not the topic)---with Saleh, big market, all those picks to trade and still build around him...

I certainly hope so. You build lines, you don't buy them. Draft OT and C. Find the biggest, meanest, smartest UDFA guards available. Want to change the culture and change the toughness of the team, start with the five big guys on the O-line. 

The o-line should look like the final boss' most dangerous henchmen.

FYI: The Falcons are hiring Dave Ragone as their OC, so Frisman Jackson is staying.

Barring any surprises, our staff should pretty much stay as it is now.
