In some ways, this college bball season is more interesting than most.  Kentucky and Duke are both not good, and UNC is only a little better.  That shake up will make the tournament far more interesting.

This Gonzaga team is a few notches above everyone else gonna be interesting to see if they finally get over the hump because they are usually perennial chokers

I think it usually hurts them because they don't go thru the conference wars, and aren't as battle tested as some teams.  But I think if they make it to the final four, they will generate some interest with them being undefeated (assuming they still are).
