I don't believe Mac Jones is worth an 8th pick but maybe later in the 1st or 2nd. But, with teams really wanting a young QB, anything is possible. Unless Rhule has some insight from working with him a couple of months ago at the Senior Bowl that he can tell he will be great with good coaching.

It will be good to see how Mac can throw downfield. I wouldn’t go crazy if we get him, I’d just prefer Fields or Lance by a wide margin. Now if they are on the board and we pick Mac over them, I might cry a little...

May not be the GM or head coach, but I have a hard time believing we don't have somebody there for that.

Definitely don't think its a sign of any kind. Our head guys have already had the chance to see and speak with mac (senior bowl) plus he is gonna be throwing twice. he'll be doing less today (40x thrown balls) than what is expected for next week (60x thrown balls & 40 yd dash)
