He was on watch list in 2019 preseasons too so he's been known for a while. 

I meant sleeper in the realm of most fans. For instance, you don't see his name mentioned on this board. Obviously NFL GM's snd Coaches should know of him.

Glad you posted his arm length. I also want to add that sometimes you have to worry about linemen with his height as it can help defenders get under his pads. However, this guy has good bend at the hips to prevent it being an issue.

LT- Moton 
LG- Slater 
C- Paradis 
RG- Meinerz
RT- Jenkins

After this year, u have 2 options:

A) Let Moton walk and get a 3rd round comp for him the following yr...cut Paradis...have Slater as ur LT, Meinerz as ur Center, and Jenkins as ur RT for the next decade...with a ton of cap room to spare 

B) Sign Moton long term at LT and have Slater as our Quentin Nelson

Either way, our oline is in better shape than ever
