like when???

Sacksonville in...17 or 18 whichever year that was. Jalen Ramsey was the anchor that made it that much easier for that pass rush to hit.

Their fallout was not on him.

if Fields becomes a star then Fitterer and rhule are gone

cant say I’d be willing to risk my nfl career on whatever angle they just talked themselves into

Let me help you out.

If Sam doesnt turn into a quality QB AND we fail to find a good QB in 2022/2023 Rhule is gone.

When Sewell wasn't there and we couldn't get enough to trade back, this was a stellar pick. When Atlanta took Pitts I told my son we need a shutdown corner to compete and put Jackson in the slot. With Chinn moving to safety our secondary is going to be tough. I read that the guy Pitts hating playing against was Horn.

Welp this is gonna be my last post of the night. Shut up. How long have we needed a goddamn corner? 9 years ago Chris Gamble retired. Since fugging THEN. Yeah I woulda liked slater here too. But there are other tackles with traits. This was BPA Defensively

Uh since last year when we paid Shaq instead of BB? Or maybe Norman before that?

Fwiw, I can't think of many current players drafted in the top 8 that changed a team's fortunes singlehandedly, qb or otherwise.  There are a few, but not many.  Certainly none in the last couple of years.

Exactly, no team is one player away from changing fortunes except for a QB position. Unfair expectations for a Top 10 player. If a top 10 player gets a second contract extension after rookie deal, then it's considered a good pick. Even as good as CMC is at 8, he couldn't prevent us from picking outside of top 10.

It's not just changing the team, top 10 corners are busting at a very high rate.

Just think about the best corners in the league in the apst decade, then either look up, or think about where they were taken in the draft.

This front office are not following any type of analytical thinking.
