I'd be totally fine if he was used as an extra blocker that catches passes a little more frequently than Manhertz and Armah did. 

If he develops into a legit pass catching threat that's just a bonus

He's a little small for my liking, but clearly very explosive and brings it when he blocks. 

Can't hate the pick, there's definitely upside here.

Pretty raw.  Interesting skill set in terms of upside.   

he could turn into a nice player.   Gonna need to be coached up.   But a nice blocking base coming in.

It’s pretty clear Rhule said go get me putty. I still don’t trust that rhule actually knows how to mold anything past the college level though and even the college level is debatable.
