If history tells you anything, you do not draft QBs from Alabama or Ohio State.

There has never been a successful NFL QB to come out of Ohio State and the Last 2 to come from Alabama were Namath and Stabler in the 60s.

The odds are not good and it's well documented.

Experts won't admit it but it was probably a major reason Fields and Jones fell in the draft.

It's crazy to think but it isn't a coincidence that most these guys are/were NCAA Championship level QBs and none of them had any success translate to the professional level.
