Never heard of this mayonnaise till I moved down here….don’t even think I’ve seen it a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods or Sprouts back home.  Maybe I should try it.

Duke's Mayonnaise is a condiment created by Eugenia Duke in Greenville, South Carolina, in 1917. While it is the third-largest mayonnaise brand in the United States (behind Hellmann's and Kraft), its popularity was at first largely limited to the South.

Duke's contains a higher ratio of egg yolks than most other commercial mayos, which makes it rich, creamy, and less likely to separate when heated. There's a wisp of tang from vinegar and a touch of paprika.

I’ll try it, I normally make my own, but I sometimes get lazy.  Not a fan of vinegar tang, hopefully it won’t have much?  I don’t care for vinegary tasting salsa, either.

Yep, I thought the same thing until I tried it.  It is not completely on par with tomato based BBQ sauce, but is still pretty damn tasty.  Put it on wings???  Now, that's a mouth watering combination!!!

I've been to restaurants that served grits with shrimp on them. That was it. The stuff I make is really the best I've had.

(Hint- there has to be gravy. Real shrimp and grits have gravy)

here's another simple recipe that has a wow factor, and for some reason, women love them.

It's a fried pickle, and you can do them in an air fryer.

Get a package of egg roll wraps, lay one flat.  Put on a piece of Havarti cheese, then take a dill pickle spear and roll it up.  Depending on your air fryer, go 2 to 3 minutes then turn it over and go another 2 or 3 minutes.

That's it.  Serve with a sriracha ranch dipping sauce.  It is so simple it shouldn't be that good, but it is.  Doesn't travel very well, but air fryers don't take up much space.
