"In on every deal"

In on every deal except for OL.  OL is going to be the achilles heel for this team.

Teams don't tend to deal quality OL, and quality OL don't tend to migrate to other teams for a "fair price."  Offensive lineman are one of those positions that you really need to draft to ensure you get your guy.  If an offensive lineman "hits" and becomes a good player for another team...you probably won't see him again.  This is a big contrast to a position like CB, where even the best players at the position in their prime tend to be available via trade or free agency.

He said today that he's been making calls. Not finding any sellers, not even for backups. I appreciate that he's open about the need and not pretending the current line is ok

I appreciate the honesty and perhaps Fitterer and Rhule didn't like any of the draft prospects (seems unlikely) and they couldn't get anyone to do a trade earlier (also seems unlikely).  Not bashing Fitterer, but OL has been a HUGE oversight.
