Only way we’ll see Bouknight is if JB goes to a nine man rotation but it looks like he’ll stick with eight.
 

In other news, this team has depth. Ish Smith can still run an NBA offense.

Yeah, it is. Martin also proves that JB and Co know how to develop a player. He has been impressive so far this season.

I think volleyball is the only sport I watch where defense is played anymore or hasn't been neutered.

The hand check foul killed defensive basketball, even more so in college basketball in my opinion. It almost makes its unwatchable at times with the constant stoppages for fouls.

NBA players have adjusted as in they just don’t play defense anymore.

We see final scores now that were previously unheard of outside of the NBA All-Star Game… the NBA may want to believe that it’s due to better players in today’s game but I disagree. It all comes down to the NBA no longer letting guys play defense.

If there was ever a time to play defense it would be now. Not sure if anyone expected this roster to be able to compete tonight but here we are… might as well finish the job.
