We have been doing that all season with Sam. 

the one game we prepped PJ and started him we moved the ball.   We were able to win. So why not vs Atlanta.  Sam is getting worse and worse as the season goes on now that people know what Carolina is going to do with him.

Such a fail not bringing in another option. Even a casual fan would know that bringing a reclamation project QB in means you should have a veteran or rookie waiting to take over if he fails.

It's hard to imagine, but Bridgwater was actually better than this.  And Kyle Allen better than both.  What's looking like a top 40 pick in the draft for the rights to Darnold is going to go down as one of the all time blunders

At this point I’d be willing to go with Heinicke.
