Nothing good comes from being out past 11pm

This young man is going to spend some time and you know any politically aspiring DA is going to make an example of him

I'm honestly shocked that the Rav 4 driver was the one killed based on these photos. Can't believe Ruggs walked away with scratches.

He’s done. Almost like having a pro sports team in Vegas is a bad idea 🤷‍♂️

At 22 with a bright future. He is fugged.

Sadly I expect to hear more of this from Vegas and have since the Raiders moved there. 24-365 hardcore parting...what could go wrong with wealthy young people?

While I have had concerns about teams being in Vegas, this one doesn't really qualify as an example of why Vegas can be a concerning place to have a team.

Saw that he was at a Top Golf drinking before this... that's something that is in every city they have a team in, and if not Top Golf itself, similar night time activities that you can drink at.  This wasn't someone out partying on the strip late at night because it's Vegas.

The Toyota caught fire after being hit from behind.  The front end on vehicles collapses to keep the force of the impact from going into the cabin. That's why he walked away.

It's a 24 hour party city with a huge support population to keep it going. It was never meant as some excuse for his actions just perception of the poopshow that is Vegas. From the people that I have talked to that have lived there, it certainly sounds crazy and quite crowded. Legal gambling, prostitution and now weed...I would say that's lots of ways for an NFL player to get into trouble.

Does a corvette drop its engine block these days on a front end collision, that would only make sense how it looks. Also you gotta think the other side of the RAV4 is probably nonexistent at this point so if there was anyone in the passenger side back seat.

I can tell you, as a life long “designated driver” and observing drunk and high people most of my life - beginning HS and college, they have zero awareness of their impairment.

Sadly, they don’t understand the danger they present to themselves and others.

Definitely true.  Many intoxicated people just aren't thinking clearly.  Doesn't excuse what they did, but expecting them to behave rationally is a waste of time. Best thing to do if you are going to be drinking is leave the car at home to begin with.

Exactly, make your decision before you leave your home, that you will not take your car.  I’ve never seen anyone maliciously make a decision to drink and try to kill someone.
