He only had 2 catches in the second half, for a total of 22 yards.

You mean when they moved Gilly over to him? How that wasn't the plan from the jump is beyond my comprehension. Of course, Carter then turned DJax completely around for the go ahead TD.

Because Gilly just admitted that now he’s ready for a bigger role.. He has been on a snap count since he got here because he wasn’t ready to play a full role..

They did!!!! They went to a zone.. They move coverage over to Mcclarin.. They doubled him.. Then Washington started running the ball down our throats.. And other player in that offense started making plays.. They made adjustments it just didn't work I'm sorry..

You guys are right, and I know I am basically grasping at straws to enforce my thread.

Its hard to feel like this was not an outcoaching decision.

After they picked on him all first half, they switched to power running football.

All this "Ron knows Cam better than anyone" talk was true about Ron knowing former players, but he chose a clever player to pick on in combination with the anticipated coaching decisions.

It's like Rivera was coaching against himself during a lot of his times here. He knew exactly what to do as Rhule in order to lose the game.

In addition to not making adjustments, this coaching staff does give off some serious Rivera vibes at times; most noticeably playing Sam Darnold after his shoulder was torn off and eaten by cannibals, with pieces of his brains still left on the sidelines before they could be shoved back in.

He was on the field for both of McLaurin's long catches. Just not covering him.

Don’t reason with a fool.

Most of the people defending Rhule were ready to fire Rivera after his first year and a half when both coaches have nearly identical records after their first 27 games…

Rivera: 9-18

Rhule: 10-17

Yeah because usually you start the game with your most consistent cb on there best WR.. This season that has been Djax

No, you put your best DB on their best weapon. That's Gilly. Like how they used Gilly to erase Pitts against Atlanta. Of course, Gilly reportedly had to tell Snow to do that.

Which just further makes your point about Gilly's condition irrelevant. Gilly was in fine condition to shut down Pitts.

THIS

the snap count talk is a bogus excuse by Rhule to not admit the coaching blunder.   Yes, Gilmore is on a snap count.  And they largely inserted him into the plays DJax got torched.  Because NFL teams largely can predict a lot of passing downs.   That's when Gilmore comes out.

The first half was just a coaching error.  Gilmore should of been on McLaurin.   Just like they largely did in the 2nd half.  But by that time Washington had some nice momentuem in confidence.  That O goes through McLaurin.

Your best DB for most of this season has been Donte… Where are you not understanding that..

And you might want to check the snap counts before you come up with False facts…

Pitts played more snaps in that Falcon game then Gilly did.. So it’s dam near impossible for Gilly to be the only person guarding Pitts..
