It's going to be alright.

I get the win now amongst fans but jeebus.  You understand there is a huge learning curve for college coaches when they come to the NFL.  This is why Tepper gave Rhule a 7 year deal.  He knew it would take some time for him to learn and get everything figured out.  Coaches, just like players need time to build chemistry.  It's going to be ok.  Rhule will be fine.   Brady may be also.  It is not their fault you guys inflated your expectations for this season.  Hell we haven't had our GM for a full year yet.  Rome wasn't built in a day, or an offseason.  There is a plan in place.  Trust the process.  It is what it is.

I think the issue is we heard the same thing with Fox.   Then Rivera.  Now again.  Zero back to back winning seasons.  The fanbase is exhausted and there is little improvement from coaching. It's completely sensible to feel like that after years of mediocrity.

We always knew it was a gamble that could really pay off or blow up in our faces. It’s blowing up in our faces and no amount of “trust the process” platitudes is going to convince the majority of well-educated fans that the team is on the right track.

There is no such thing as 7 years for any HC in the NFL not named Bellinchek

if Tepper believes that, with a coach who has yet to draft a LT or QB, there won’t be one seat occupIed  in that stadium by any Panthers fans.

Nor is he going to get a dime for his new stadium dreams

He best hope his competence at hiring a soccer coach is better than hiring a NFL coach

this is football team is unwatchable

Thought this was a serious post until the last 3 sentences. Good parody OP, will fly over other peoples heads.

Yeah glad I wasn’t the only one who picked up on that. Very good troll job because no sane person could think that was serious.

There is no evidence that we should trust the process. Rhule and Brady set those expectations themselves by trading for Darnold, not drafting a QB.   We have seen enough to know Rhule or Brady are not NFL caliber coaches and never will be

    • Many times the best deal is the one you have.  This team has  2 top 40 picks with a draft full of talent and a team full of holes.  Whatever they do they should not squander the opportunity that is sitting in front of them.  Best you can hope for is that they don’t overthink it.
    • Space eater isn't our biggest need. But I see a value to good to pass up after his boneheaded DUI during the draft process. I assume this moves him completely out of the second round maybe pushed into the 4th. I would be hard pressed to not pull the trigger in the 3rd round somewhere.  At 6'4 366 I would love to insert him day one and just really be done with Shy tuttle who is just a jag. This guy would be an upgrade and one small mistake of partying to hard doesn't indicate a everyday problem. This kid can't be blocked 1 on 1 and just allowed texas to stop the run of his strength. he bats down a ton of passes and i would consider him a value getting a almost first round talent that late in the draft. what say you?
