Matt Rhule isn't going anywhere. Not this season or offseason. 

Revolving door @ Qb, countless injuries, probably the worse pass blocking Oline in history, a QB learning the scheme midseason, over his head OC, most penalized team in the nfl, etc etc. 

Even effort has been lacking (which may be his biggest hurdle).

Even with this we still were in position to be somewhere near 8-4 and a lock for the playoffs. 

"Most" of the problems presently are offensive based, besides our run defense. He'll probably be allotted 1 or 2 more years to dump resources into the offense like he did the defense. 

Tepper wont fire Rhule b4 the 3 year threshold. Sorry to burst the bubble. 

He's is a hedge fund guy. No way in hell do you make that type of money without understanding the value of patience.

That said, the biggest move we'll make is shipping our next 3-4 first rounders for somebody's QB if we dont have some sort of optimism heading into next season.
