I'm honestly more struck by just how little experience Joe Brady actually had before he was handed the Panthers OC job.

It won't matter at this point.  The offense is what it is.  You are bringing in a play caller cold late in the season with no knowledge of this offense.  What could possibly go wrong?

I noticed it right away and was puzzled beyond belief.  It appears that decision was not a wise one.

Well let's see what Nixon can do with an XFL offensive line.

That being said hopefully he doesn't bunch up our wide receivers and tight ends in the same area of the field and call the same plays each week.

I would say it would be nice to see us coming out of multiple formations, but this late and with this line I don't know if that's really feasible.

I'm not impressed with hype.  It was destined to fail from the beginning.  Experience counts a lot.

Nixon is OC for 5-games and that is it. This move looks like desperation. Firing Brady needed to be done but it did not fix the multiple problems this team has. 
Rhule should be fired just on how poorly the QB situation was handled. A rebuilding team giving away valuable draft picks with little value in return is another fireable offense.

We should at least have targeted one of his friend group from Nashville. Can't say Arthur Smith has looked great, but not bad.  Players are still fighting and scrappy for him when it was known ATL wouldn't be good.

Matt LeFleur-Smith-McVay are besties off the field with a few more dudes in the equation.  The league is smitten with this group.

The NFL has plenty of guys who make popular decisions rather than wise ones.

And yes, David Tepper is one of them.
