Our penultimate Game Day Menu thread...hard to muster any excitement, and there has been plenty of holiday eats for the past week or two.  But I can never find garlic parm wings the way I like em, so today I'll make em myself in the air fryer.

BTW, that is not the real size.   a McChicken sandwich is actually smaller.

My usual Sunday brunch omelette will be the food highlight of the day. This one will be broccoli, grilled onions and mushrooms with cream cheese in the middle and cheddar on top.

Ahhhh still in the mid 70’s on the coast . 

I’ve  not worn long sleeve Panther gear all season on game day. Weird

Left over New Year’s treats.

I have a peck of oysters left to steam. Sausage Balls , and Saint Pauli Girl Beer

Yeah,, so I’ve heard.  Coming in by game time.  But mid 60’s by Wednesday or Thursday.

Homemade gumbo leftover from New Years Eve. I always make my award winning world famous seafood gumbo every NYE. On new years day we will eat it over some black eyed peas. Today a massive cold front blew into Texas so some nice warm gumbo over rice will warm us right up.

Can't decide. Usually watch with my youngest son but he's away on a trip. Preview of next year when he's off to college. Leftovers are gone except some overcooked fried chicken from the grocery store deli. Haven't eaten yet, today. May heat a frozen pizza. That would be on par with the product on the field. If I get any last minute inspiration, I'll repost.
