I think Scott Fitterer and the management staff is actually really good and the moves they’ve made have overall improved the roster from when Hurney was here.

The worst OL lineups in history say hello 👋

Scottie Montgomery is the worst coach to still have a job in football.  The fact that he’s being interviewed is mind blowing.

Wait... isn't that title held by our own head coach already??

Starting to want O’Brien now if we can keep him miles away from personnel decisions

He’s not coming here, he’s trying to get HC job. U think he’s going to come here and make his stock plummet with this oline and qb. Not happening

It was truly incredible how efficiently he destroyed our program in 3 short years.  We are only now starting to recover.

Scottie was ECU’s Matt Rhule.

His team did beat Larry Fedora and UNC in Greenville 208 in one of the worst UNC football games I’ve ever seen. From what I have gathered from UNC sources and various people connected to Carolina athletics - that whooping sealed his fate and the decision was made right after that game to fire him. I think UNC was like a 3 TD favorite in this game and ECU was coming off a loss to like NC A&T. Fedora is a terrible coach and so is Montgomery.

Scottie was 9-26 as a HC at ECU.

Same W/L ratio Rhule will have with the Panthers.

    • This is what is so frustrating about our team's predicament. We were in pretty bad shape, but gaining cap space, and clearing up the Marty Mess...we should have done a hard rebuild...right when... Brady was nearing the end, Brees was all but done and the Saints had mortgaged, Atlanta is Atlanta and Ryan is getting older... We were setup to do it correctly and have a division winner for a few years in a row...consistent winning football. Nope, hire a college, keep the worst GM in the league, hire no NFL guys to help wite a full rebuild and being a new NFL owner...etc... We had a chance to take advantage, and crapped the bed.  Now we are all in purgatory.
