Probably Jay Gruden.

Between those two though, McAdoo has a pretty significant edge in experience at both the college and pro level.

He's also got a rep for being a bit of an a--hole, so there's that...

That's a slightly...different...challenge.

A different challenge for sure. Physicality hasn’t been synonymous with the Panthers ‘ OL for a few years now. It would be a refreshing change for sure. Ditto on an efficient passing game to complement the running game. Another reason we absolutely need to get the new OL coaching hire right.

My post said zero about his weight/body type, I guess the pictures must have spoke to you differently
