Things couldn’t have set up better for Tepper and Rhule

The Bucs could potentially lose their OC, DC, and Brady after this year.
The Saints could potentially lose Sean Payton after this year.

Tepper had 3 years to rebuild the team to take over the division when those things happened, and he straight up blew it due to incompetence.   In fact, by giving Rhule another year, we will likely be a year behind those two teams in our rebuild.

That's my biggest issue. Rhule is just a flat out damn liar. The man constantly says one thing while his actions portray a completely different reality.

It's like he doesn't realize that all his moves are public anyway. He's too stupid to realize that he can't hide his bullshit. Hence the "it's 1000% working, but you can't see it" line. Such a desperate thing to say

Yeah, they're preaching patience to the fans while doing impatient, cut-corner bullshit on their end. "It takes 5 years to turn around a team." said Tepper. Tell that to Cincinatti.

It took the bengals 30 years... the only thing they changed over the last 3 years is the HC. They've had the same GM for over a decade.

I get that Rome wasn’t built in a day. I get that Jay Z took 7 years to become Jay Z. What I don’t get is why keep this head coach around when he’s shown no improvement in the two years he’s been here. If his coaching, culture, and system are 1000% working we SHOULD be able to see it and there would at least be a ray of hope going into year 3. Instead, the only hope we as fans are left with is to look forward to which week next season when he gets fired.

Teddy (still sucks) but he was right about this coaching staff and I’m glad he spoke out against them.

No it took one recent season of just accepting they were the worst team in the league and now they have one of the best young quarterbacks and they are a hot playoff team. It really isnt that difficult. Well unless you're Panthers fans and you get off on pointless win streaks with the likes of Kyle Allen and Sam Darnold. Look at all that team culture though 🙄

Bengals have picked in the top 10 every year since the end of the 2015 season.... Those early picks are part of their roster and rebuild. Selecting #1 doesnt mean you have started and ended your rebuild. If thats the case, whats up with the browns?  Bengals lucked out and had the top pick in the right draft.

Browns sucked on purpose and landed the top pick in Baker... how has that turned out? Its a crap shoot.... so yes it is that difficult.

Tell that to most successful organizations.
