Anything under 20 would have been a steal. Especially with the contract Kirk just got in Jacksonville. 

4 years 73 is perfect considering just last year Golladay got 4 years 72 million while being 4 years older than Moore.

With his restructure his 2023 dead cap just went from $3M to almost $10M, so cutting him would be kinda eh. Maybe they'll try to add another year on or something in the future
