He reportedly asked to go to either the Seahawks or the Colts. Obviously he's not going to the Colts now.

I've not heard talk of him having any interest in the Panthers. The disinterest may well be mutual.

Honestly I seriously doubt the Seahawks want him unless it is dirt cheap.  Maybe not anyway.  If someone gives up a second rounder straight up I will be shocked
