We kicked it up. I feel like we are exerting ourselves pretty hard though. Maybe it’s just the contrast.

I’m clearly a very reactionary poster when it comes to the panthers and canes, or any other team for that matter but I thought they responded and raanta played exceptionally well to close the game.

Needed win tonight but I can't help to wonder if this team is a bit worn out. We know that this team can play to a championship level but it seems like fundamentally we have slumped.

I'm wondering (hoping) maybe Cap'n Ron chewed some ass at the first intermission.

I dunno guys... I watched the highlights this morning and how many times Buffalo got behind the defense and were 1-on-1 facing Raanta was a little unnerving. I counted 5, maybe 6 times Raanta was facing down a lone Saber with no help.

And, let's face it, the ESPN+ crew was atrocious, the sound was atrocious and the first 8 minutes of the game was atrocious- that's why I bugged out last night.

Sunday night's game- some people we know with season tix want to stay home and watch the end of the Masters, so they gave us their seats behind goal, 1st row on the glass. Wife's bucket list item checked, but I prefer to be a little higher so I can see the whole ice.
