You keep speculating about the deal between Tepper and Rock hill when the facts are right in front of you.  They reneged on a deal.  Its pretty black and white

Rock Hill has stated a couple of times they have reached out to the Panthers with no response… not sure it’s as black and white has the apologists believe.

Carnac the Magnificent who spends 50-60 hours a week on a "fan" website cuttin' & pastin' 🤦‍♂️...

...sees himself as being in the "advisory" business 🤣😅.

Hey Carnac, have you figured out why bankruptcy was always in the part of the "plan" in a scenario like this?

Do tell 🧐...

It was never part of the plan.

Tepper is doing this so that he can avoid having to pay everything that's currently owed to the people that did work on the facility up to now.

And if you think you factor into my decision making, don't flatter yourself  😆

He didn't con anyone. The city of Rock Hill conned him by promising to pay and then refusing to do so. The fault lies entirely with the city here,

Yup.  Its hard for some people to see straight though the Tepper/Rhule hate.

The mayor expressed worries the city council would screw it up and then they did.  A York County Commissioner said the money was due and that Rock Hill made promises they couldn't keep.  Tepper continued work for over a year past the due date and Rock Hill never made a move to issue the bonds.

We may disagree with the original deal but the sleaze in this scenario is all Rock Hill who made promises to get the project and then made no moves to keep of up their end.  There were other communities who wouldn't have lied and cheated.

Tepper chose to trust the wrong city.  Rock Hill is getting a state funded interchange now regardless.

This is the truth.

Valid question...

Nothing on the football front.

but if you like concerts there is that

and if you like soccer he brought that here.

so he has brought some new entertainment opportunities to the community.

And the foot rub Fridays?

Tepper technically had nothing to do with Richardson being removed. He just bought the team after it happened.

As a side note, I'm not sure how anyone buys the idea that Marty didn't know about the stuff Richardson was doing.
