Panthro said Willis was the top quarterback on our board.

Pretty much every other source says it was Corral.

Corral was at the top.

All good.

If Ian was accurate then they would have taken their #2/#3 if it was pickett

I'll just say I've heard enough from Panthro to not doubt what he says.

Now as far as Corrall vs. Willis vs. Pickett, it could be that the board was evolving and in flux throughout the process.

Possible.

Said earlier that the team board and what Matt Rhule wanted may not have matched up.

(also factoring in Tepper's affinity for Pickett)

It would have been Pickett or Penning for sure. Assuming the other tackles were gone too, which I guess was never going to happen as some expected. I highly doubt they would have taken Pickett over Neal or Cross, that is just not true lol

If the Tackles all went we would have had better trade down packages where taking those other players would make sense

I trust Panthro.  He has shared many things over the years well before they happened.

That, and John Ellis also reported last night or this morning that Corral was the #1 QB on our board.

This is BS.

This is BS and Corral being the #1 QB on our board is too

If they woulda been successful in trading up earlier before the Colts took Willis, I firmly believe he would've been the pick but the team didn't want to give up much to move.
