Rhule doesn't get fired this year and we finish above .500.

This is the big problem with both of Rhule's seasons. No one had super high expectations, but we looked pretty good early on in both but the more we played the worse we looked. That's the opposite of what you want to see out of a rebuilding team. Rhule just doesn't have the chops as an NFL coach. The rest of the league figures out what he's trying to do pretty quickly and he has nothing left once they do.

they spend all offseason coming up with a plan and it works....for a few games, and then everyone adapts to what we do and we sit there the rest of the season trying to figure out what happened and unable to adjust to everyone else's adjusting. This happens on both sides of the ball.

Hopefully this changes on offense with MacAdoo, but I have very little reason to think Snow figures it out unless he relies heavily on Wilks and some of the other experienced coaches on defense for guidance.
