I can agree there, should have been a call for interference or slashing on the second.

So unfortunately the stick lift away from the puck is something that’s like a fine line (it’s not slashing because it’s underneath, that’s why the ref motioned upward).

The problem is, it’s a player safety thing. You can’t just have players sticks flying out all over the place. Some refs will call it interference if they see a stick go flying away from the play. I guess this ref decided it was close to the play.

I mean when you have a stick basically falling on your head it’s kinda hard to figure out where the puck is if you can’t see it.
