Do you have any self awareness of how you come off?

Do you? I predict you'll be the next one to get banned here honestly. First it was GJBC and Philly, next it might be Rum? Harbingers? Then ... you? I get this is the TB and all ... but some of you guys take these threads way too seriously.

Well you come off as a pretentious nozzle of a douche.    Someone who thinks they are a free thinker by parroting Joe Rogan

I take nothing seriously and have no plans to be banned.  I think you would be though if you spoke honestly.

I can't stand Rogan actually. Terrible comedian who somehow has the biggest podcast in the nation. Everyone sucks up to him because of this, and it only makes his ego worse. He's like a high school jock.

Don't get sucked into an argument with a geek who thinks living in Brooklyn is an entire personality. He's still mad that Phil regularly ate his lunch whenever he'd try to butt into a Tinderbox discussion.

Man how the duck did people have problems with PhillyB? I didn't agree with him very often in the TB but we disagreed and discussed it respectfully. He'd match your energy; if you had problems with him it was most likely your fuged up personalities to begin with.

He was easily one of the most level headed frequent flyers in the TB. Pretentious? Even moreso than Brooklyn, but unlike Brooklyn, PhillyB actually had a reason to be pretentious. Shitty? Not even close.

Uhh ... who the heck are you, Chimera? Weirdo lol. Anyway, Philly was a child. Couldn't debate without using playground insults and language. But I had no issues with him being on this board like most also felt. Zod did. Jeremy. The owner of this site. I don't know the reason for Zod banning Phil, but it was indeed Zod who did it. So go ask him. Maybe he didn't like Phil trying to advertise his films for free? Who knows.

Don't worry about who I am. Just go do your usual thing where you bump threads by asking "who cares?" That's the extent of your contribution to this forum.

PhillyB at least added content, from messing the the Saints fans rally, to owning Alicejandra / Who Dat Pat. His movies kinda suck - I thought Point Man was a poor attempt at emulating Oliver Stone. The difference is Oliver Stone lived it and got a Purple Heart from it, while PhillyB read some sociologist hack's version of events.

But calling someone a child when your entire shtick is acting like an emo 12 year old? Yeah I'll take actual forum content any day.

You're pretty funny. Didn't know I bugged you that much. Glad we agree on his movies though. He's a gimmick. But no, I never stoop to Phil's level. He's definitely childish. And no one is required to "contribute" to an interwebz forum lol. Come on, man ... who cares.

PhillyB got banned for bitching incessantly about how Zod was managing the forum and ads and when Zod called him out for being a douchebag about the guy who had lent him the forum to peddle his movie projects for nothing in return PhillyB acted like a petulant douchebag in response and got smoked for it. Simple as that.

PhillyB claimed to have donated a “pallet of food aid” for Ukraine with the help of self professed DIA asset Alex Gowen’s non-governmental organization The Fishermen (very weird!) before jetting off to apartheid “Israel” for a vacation. He made a (very poorly reviewed) alt-history movie about an American hunting and killing Nazis after WW2 (despite himself occupying a universe in which Americans actually collaborated with Nazis post-WW2). His nose was shoved directly up Igo’s ass and when he no longer felt that it benefited him he removed it and got banned.

    • Introduction to the Link between Stress and Weight Loss Have you ever found yourself struggling to shed those extra pounds, despite sticking to a strict diet and workout routine? If so, you're not alone. Many people overlook a major player in the weight loss game: stress. While we often think of weight loss as merely a matter of calories in versus calories out, there’s an invisible force at work that can sabotage even the most dedicated efforts—stress. Stress is more than just a mental hurdle; it has real physiological effects on our bodies that can lead to weight gain or hinder our ability to lose weight. Understanding this hidden link between stress and your body’s response could be the key you’ve been missing on your journey toward achieving your ideal physique. Let’s dive into how stress operates behind the scenes and what you can do about it for effective, sustainable weight loss. Understanding the Science behind Stress and Weight Gain Stress triggers a cascade of biochemical reactions in the body. When faced with stress, our brain signals the adrenal glands to release hormones like adrenaline and cortisol. Adrenaline prepares us for immediate action, increasing heart rate and energy levels. But it’s cortisol that plays a critical role in weight gain. Elevated cortisol levels can lead to increased appetite and cravings for unhealthy foods, particularly those high in sugar and fat. Moreover, chronic stress can slow down metabolism. This means that even if you’re eating well, your body may not burn calories as efficiently as it should.   The Role of Cortisol in Weight Loss Cortisol, often dubbed the "stress hormone," plays a crucial role in weight management. When faced with stress, cortisol levels spike to help our bodies respond. While this can be beneficial in the short term, chronic elevation of cortisol can lead to unwanted weight gain. High cortisol levels increase appetite and cravings for high-calorie foods. This hormonal imbalance makes it difficult to stick to a healthy diet. Instead of burning fat, your body may hold onto it as a survival mechanism. Moreover, elevated cortisol impacts how we store fat. It tends to promote abdominal obesity, which is linked with various health risks. Understanding the influence of cortisol on your body is essential for effective weight loss strategies.   How Chronic Stress Impacts our Bodies and Metabolism Chronic stress creates a ripple effect in our bodies, disrupting various systems crucial for weight loss. When we experience prolonged stress, our bodies go into survival mode. This response triggers the release of hormones that can lead to unhealthy cravings and increased appetite. Elevated cortisol levels contribute to fat accumulation, particularly around the abdomen. This type of visceral fat is linked with serious health risks beyond just weight gain. Metabolism also takes a hit under chronic stress. The body may struggle to efficiently process nutrients or burn calories effectively during these periods.    Identifying Stress Triggers in Daily Life Identifying stress triggers is essential for effective weight loss. Many people go through their days unaware of what specifically causes them to feel overwhelmed. Start by keeping a journal. Note moments when you feel stressed, including the context and your emotions at that time. Patterns will emerge, revealing common situations or environments that elevate your stress levels. Look closely at relationships too. Toxic interactions can drain your energy and heighten anxiety. Recognizing these dynamics is key to managing stress effectively. Conclusion: Taking Care of Your Mental Health is Key to Sustainable Weight Loss Taking care of your mental health is crucial for achieving sustainable weight loss. Stress can be a hidden saboteur in your journey toward better health, creating challenges that may hinder progress despite your best efforts. Recognizing the connection between stress and weight gain empowers you to make informed choices. By prioritizing stress management alongside healthy eating habits, you set yourself up for success. Incorporate relaxation techniques into your daily routine to help mitigate the effects of stress on your body and mind. Identifying personal triggers allows you to develop strategies tailored specifically for you, fostering resilience against everyday pressures. Remember, seeking professional help when needed is not just okay; it's often necessary for long-term well-being. Embracing this holistic approach means you're not just tackling physical aspects of weight loss but nurturing emotional health too.   Click Here https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383310780_Claritox_Pro_Reviews_-_Is_It_a_Safe_Geniune_Supplement https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383310826_Devil's_Dollar_Reviews_-_Is_It_Legit_Worth_Buying_Must_Read https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383310828_Septifix_Reviews_-_What_to_Know_First_Before_You_Order_it https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383310670_IlluDerma_Reviews_-_100_Safe_Ingredients_Let's_Find_Out https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383156523_Dark_Force_Night_Vision_Reviews_-_Is_It_Legit_Worth_Buying_Read https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383156934_Zotrim_Reviews_-_Is_It_Effective_Must_Read https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383156565_Liver_Renew_Formula_Reviews_-_Does_It_Work_Shocking_Customer_Truth https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383157039_Cacao_Bliss_Reviews_-_Does_It_Workhttp:// https://www.researchgate.net/publication/382150193_Huge_Load_Formula_Reviews_-_Does_This_Male_Enhancement_Supplement_Work http:// https://www.researchgate.net/publication/382183806_WellMe_MenoRescue_Reviews_-_Legit_Women's_Health_Support_Formula http:// https://alphax10ndultrareviews.quora.com/ https://medium.com/@ProstaVive http:// https://github.com/apps/solaris-plant-sterol-extract http:// https://sourdough.com/posts/lost-book-remedies-reviews-it-legit-experts-advice http:// https://www.postman.com/nervesaviorreview/workspace/nervesaviorreviews/collection/37620587-66ad2e4a-ea20-490f-87fa-01b405ed1313
    • It got ugly early and it continued to be ugly. We needed a quick out on D to start the game and a nice, no pressure drive for our guy. He came out swinging while nervous and never settled until it was far too late. It didn't look great and doesn't look promising but it was the worst case scenario to start that game.  When the other team scores on a 50 yard bomb, you're automatically going to feel the pressure to answer.
    • Just curious, was it really Fitt that had to convince everyone? That's some hard to believe considering how thin of ice he had to be on going into that draft.  Another prime example of why house needed to be cleaned when Rhule was let go if true.
