Kelly's shot selection is awful but high volume shooters aren't unsual. This is an average season for him and his career FG% is around Kobe's and higher than Iverson's.

I'd say it is because these players are all selfish and have no idea what their role is supposed to be. They all want to be the "hero" and make 3's. Their shot selections is terrible and they don't care, they want to score as much as they can and will then demand to dollar. Hint- it isn't just about hitting 3's, you need to play a role and make your teammates better.
