I think Colts would be wise and just not getting a QB this year. There is a big cliff between the top 2 and bottom 2 QBs.

I think Levis and Richardson are going to clearly prove the massive gap between themselves and Stroud/Young.

At the very least this should officially eliminate Levi’s from any consideration.

It is what it is.  It's clear he does not have as much control or finese.  Tools wise are great.
