I think it's due and this year is a perfect time to do it with a new franchise QB coming in.

I’m on board as long as it’s not awful. The uniforms are pretty tight so it might be dangerous to mess with them. But I’m sure the fan base will be upset either way lol.

There is something in the works that will be released soon. I have been told it’s more of a “modernizing” update with the same uniforms than a complete overhaul. 
 

The summer after Rhule was hired there was a plan to make the blue jerseys the primary home jersey with white pants and switch to white helmets that would also match the white away jerseys. The black would become an alternate that was worn up to twice per season per league rules. This idea got pigeon-holed. 

I don’t think this is the direction they are going, especially with the release of the black helmets last year, but who knows.

I'm excited to see a new uniform but really nervous they're going to be terrible or a downgrade.

I think we might see the elimination of silver as such a primary color for us. Blue/Black/White jerseys, with a white helmet & the black helmet as options, black or white pants.  White out look, black out look, and a few different combos thrown in. 

The black helmet was insanely popular, and DJ's tweet about matte white helmets a few weeks back makes me think he leaked a little something.
