5th to 6th rated wr with overall draft value of around 36th composite wise looking at boards. Definitely not a reach and taken around approximate value... maybe even a slight value. 

 

That's media wise 

 

I'd say he was 4th and maybe even 3rd on some teams boards and imo a definite value pick at 39.
