Insane. Why would you spend that type of money on someone else's dream home? I'd build my own if I had that kinda cash to spend.

Interesting note but the owner of the current most expensive home ever sold in the Asheville area moved there from the same "town" in CO where we lived. I put it in parenthesis because it was all unincorporated. Money goes a helluva lot further in western NC (even Asheville) than it does in Colorado.
