Jaycee Horn to miss the rest of OTAs and minicamp

Some of you get it, some of you don't. He's injury prone and likely never plays a full season for us.

Wasted pick IMO and one of our franchise biggest 'what ifs' considering his talent when on field and the players we could have picked instead (Surtain was a better prospect though).

He didn’t have any injuries in college from what I can tell so there was no way to know.

Why don't we wait and see if he misses any meaningful time this season before jumping the gun? This is most likely nothing serious and entirely precautionary.

Neither of our star Corners can stay healthy. It’s just facts. I’d like to see us bolster the room considerably. Letting Bradberry walk was the stupidest mistake of the Rhule era and he had a lot of mistakes.

We just caught a bad break honestly. There was no indication of this. At first his injuries seemed like a fluke. But not anymore.

I love all the revisionist in this thread.  If not for injury, which nobody can predict, Horn would be a great pic.  He is a top tier cornerback and tackler.  Those saying I knew we should have picked......whatever.

I'm never opposed to adding quality depth. I just think it's a bit premature to chalk him up as injury-prone. He's had two freak injuries.

What’s the saying

’once,  can happen

twice,  is a problem

three, is a trend’

if he can’t stay in the field this year, that’s it

Stating the obvious, look for the panthers to scour the cut list this preseason for someone serviceable snd familiar with our DC

I love Horn as much as the next guy and I agree he’s a great corner when he can stay on the field. He is, however, very very far from a top tier tackler.

I accurately predicted what this thread would consist of without even needing to enter it. Why? The masses are half empty guys.

They won't be wavered.
