It's Game 3 for Bryce. I'm not saying he's bad, good or anything inbetwen. He's looked solid at times, his pocket presences is...questionable.  And whether it was Andy or Bryce, Adam Thielien was the leading target and leading receiver.

What makes you say he's regressed?

its game 4, his tiny little ankle wouldnt let him play last week

If I need to explain how hes regressed its not worth the conversation

I just wonder if Bryce is the problem? Maybe this sorry coaching staff is the problem

Maybe they both are. The QB isn't built/athletic enough for the NFL and his arm strength is questionable, and the HC sh*tty play calling is a drag on the offense.

We are stuck,  that doesn't mean he needs to play if isnt improving.

The Jets had bad luck with Qbs but they sure gave Zach 1 year... so the key is seeing something... like Tua showed enough to warrant. Bryce so far looks like he needs to sit a year and it's depressing  bc the dude was supposed to be the most plug n play qb available  by everyone(media) and a ton of our fans.  Nobody can say Stroud is in a great scenario. His weapons are barely ok and his oline is garbage but he consistently  has shown the ability to go through reads and evade sacks. Ironically that was supposed to be Bryces skill.

Where you see regression I see a rookie mistake magnified on a bad offense.

I'm not saying he's playing mistake free, I just don't think he's playing an unsustianable brand of football, I just don't think we've put him in a situation to succede.

I blame the GM, the pick SHOULD'VE been Stroud, but the coach didn't go to bat hard enough for his vision. This is a mess, but I really think the org is doing Stroud a dissevervace than him just being trash.

AR wasn't nearly as raw as people thought he was and you could tell from watching him and the reports of his whiteboard work.

I saw it when I actually started watching UF games. Like wait a minute... this guy is a lot better passer than I expected. His receivers just drop balls like crazy.

when i watch stroud highlights I see confidence,  what I watched today from young was the complete opposite.  Kid is in his own head and is gun shy.  Looks like Clausen, wienke

varking and I were leading the charge for AR last spring

I wanted AR even after the trade to 1. He was never going to be at #9. His floor was at #4. Imo he's the best Pro qb of the bunch. Most potential/highest ceiling, highest floor, big and athletic,  can read the field and make all the throws.

Bryce is plug and play if you have weapons and an oline. If you don't then he shouldn't see the field til those two are fixed. Stroud and AR can play with sub optimal players around them because they will take shots and trust the WR and with AR if the line breaks down he can take off and run.

    • Losing weight can often feel like an uphill battle, especially with so many diet plans and fitness regimens claiming to be the ultimate solution. The truth is, weight loss doesn’t have to be complicated. By focusing on sustainable habits and proven techniques, you can shed those extra pounds more efficiently and maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long run. In this article, we’ll explore five proven ways to help you lose weight faster, while keeping your overall well-being in mind. 1. Optimize Your Diet with Whole Foods When it comes to weight loss, what you eat plays a crucial role. Opting for a diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods can significantly speed up the process. Whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats, provide your body with essential nutrients without added sugars, unhealthy fats, or empty calories. Why Whole Foods Work: Satiety: Whole foods tend to be more filling than processed alternatives, helping you feel satisfied for longer. This can reduce overeating and mindless snacking. Nutrient Density: Whole foods are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which support your overall health and keep your metabolism functioning optimally. Lower in Calories: Whole, unprocessed foods are often lower in calories than processed snacks, making it easier to create a calorie deficit and lose weight. Actionable Tips: Replace sugary snacks with fresh fruits or nuts. Focus on incorporating lean proteins like chicken, turkey, or plant-based options like beans and lentils. Swap refined grains for whole grains like quinoa, brown rice, and oats. 2. Increase Your Physical Activity While diet plays a significant role in weight loss, exercise is equally important. Regular physical activity not only burns calories but also boosts your metabolism, improves muscle tone, and enhances your overall health. Why Exercise Works: Calorie Burn: Physical activity burns calories, helping you create the necessary calorie deficit to lose weight. Improved Metabolism: Exercise, particularly strength training, can increase your resting metabolic rate by building muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns at rest. Fat Loss: Exercise helps target fat loss, especially when combined with a healthy diet. It also helps maintain lean muscle mass, which is important for a toned physique. Actionable Tips: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week. Include a mix of cardiovascular exercises (like walking, running, or cycling) and strength training (such as weightlifting or bodyweight exercises). Try high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which alternates between short bursts of intense activity and recovery, to burn more calories in less time. 3. Stay Hydrated and Drink Water Before Meals Water is often overlooked in weight loss strategies, but staying hydrated is key to shedding pounds faster. Drinking water before meals has been shown to reduce appetite and calorie intake, making it easier to maintain a calorie deficit. Why Water Works: Appetite Control: Drinking water before meals can help you feel fuller, which may reduce the likelihood of overeating. Boosts Metabolism: Staying hydrated keeps your metabolism functioning optimally, which aids in the breakdown of fat. Calorie-Free: Replacing sugary drinks and beverages with water can significantly reduce your daily calorie intake. Actionable Tips: Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before each meal to curb your appetite. Carry a reusable water bottle with you throughout the day to remind yourself to stay hydrated. Replace sugary drinks like sodas, juices, and flavored coffees with water or herbal teas. 4. Get Enough Sleep and Manage Stress Sleep and stress are often overlooked factors when it comes to weight loss. Lack of sleep and chronic stress can interfere with your hormones, particularly those related to hunger and satiety, making it harder to lose weight. Why Sleep and Stress Management Work: Hormonal Balance: Sleep deprivation and high stress levels increase the production of ghrelin (the hunger hormone) and decrease leptin (the satiety hormone), leading to increased cravings and overeating. Reduced Stress Eating: Chronic stress can lead to emotional eating or cravings for high-calorie comfort foods. Improved Recovery: Quality sleep helps your body recover from exercise and supports muscle growth, which is essential for a higher metabolic rate. Actionable Tips: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to support your weight loss goals. Create a bedtime routine to improve sleep quality—avoid screens before bed, dim the lights, and consider meditative practices to wind down. Incorporate stress-reduction techniques like deep breathing, yoga, or mindfulness into your daily routine to manage stress and avoid emotional eating. 5. Practice Mindful Eating Mindful eating is about paying full attention to your food, savoring every bite, and being aware of hunger and fullness cues. This practice can help you avoid overeating, reduce cravings, and foster a healthier relationship with food. Why Mindful Eating Works: Reduced Overeating: By eating slowly and paying attention to your body’s hunger signals, you are more likely to stop eating when you’re full, which can prevent overconsumption. Better Digestion: Mindful eating can improve digestion, as eating slowly allows your body to properly process food and absorb nutrients. Emotional Awareness: Mindful eating can help you differentiate between physical hunger and emotional hunger, reducing the likelihood of stress or boredom eating. Actionable Tips: Eat without distractions like TV or smartphones to focus on your meal. Take smaller bites and chew your food thoroughly. Pause between bites and assess your hunger levels to avoid eating beyond fullness. Conclusion Losing weight faster doesn’t mean resorting to extreme diets or overexerting yourself in the gym. By focusing on whole foods, increasing physical activity, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and practicing mindful eating, you can achieve sustainable weight loss in a healthy and balanced way. These five proven strategies work because they address the key aspects of weight loss—calorie control, metabolism, and overall well-being—without compromising your health. • I tend to agree. I'm not seeing any more Bryce hangers-on in any sort of critical mass. There may be a couple that are more meh about him rather than being vehemently against him taking one more breath of Carolina air, but I wouldn't call that being a Bryce-stan. Even if there are a couple out there who still support him, even they will admit that he has been 180 degrees from what he was sold as. That said, I've noticed more how this board has gotten (IMO) almost toxic towards him with the personal attacks. Yes he sucks and yes he has to be gone asap, but you would think he's the worst person (not just player) affiliated with the Panthers this century.  At risk of getting poo'd, that's not trying police or play hall monitor. Just an observation.
    • I forgot about Alex! Really liked that dude. But let's face it, we need another Brad Hoover.
